Templates let you quickly create tasks for recurring needs without rewriting descriptions every time.

How to use templates

  1. When creating a new task, click "Use Template" at the top of the form.
  2. Browse available templates by category.
  3. Select a template to pre-fill the title, description, category, and suggested budget.
  4. Customize any fields before submitting.

Creating your own templates

After posting a successful task, you can save it as a template:

  1. Open the completed task.
  2. Click "Save as Template" in the task actions menu.
  3. Give the template a name for easy reference.

Templates are private to your account. They help you maintain consistency across similar tasks and save time on repetitive work.
